In the March issue of Popular Science, on page 40, there is an interesting feature story about SLEEP. Look at the timeline of the things that are keeping us awake starting with 1800 and the advent of train traffic and bed bugs all the way to 2014 with the global financial meltdown and bed bugs! Check out the information on the sleep cycle; review an international survey – 51% Americans and Japanese nap; and read the list of tips and hacks (short cuts) to get better sleep. Did you know, for example, that you should keep a regular schedule and go to bed and rise the same time every day? Amazing.
Excuse me, but I am finished. I have to go to bed. Goodnight!
