The Plants Database of The Morton Arboretum:Check out searchMOR and browse if they have your favorite flower and/or plant. You can find out the scientific names, look at photographs, and other details about the arboretum’s plants collection. The link above will take you directly to the plants database:

Vestiges of a Nation Divided: The Civil War’s Impact on Northern Illinois: Browse and learn more about impact of the civil war on the people of Northern Illinois. This online exhibit through flickr gives a perspective of the lives of many individuals once hidden in the archives. The link above will take you to an introduction of the exhibit which will then take you to their flickr online page:
- The items in the Vestiges of a Nation Divided exhibit are from the archives of the Regional History Center located at Northern Illinois University.
