If you have to do any research about Elie I would highly recommend this little book, President’s Commission on the Holocaust. It is a report by Elie Wiesel to President Jimmy Carter. The report is based on a commission that was chaired by Wiesel, the big thing that came of this is the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington D.C.
What I think makes this such a great resource is that there are easy-to-read personal narratives, and speeches. All of which are very quotable in a research paper. Plus, it captures the formation of such an important institution in the United States.
