Film Blog: No Impact Man (2009)

Today’s sustainably friendly  film is No Impact Man (2009). In this film, we see one family’s attempt to live in New York City with no net impact on the environment for one year. This means turning off the electricity, giving up TV, eating locally, not making garbage, and walking whenever possible.

If you want to read more on no impact man, then you should check out this book we have in the library:

No Impact Man: The Adventures of a Guilty Liberal Who Attempts to Save the Planet, and the Discoveries He Makes About Himself and Our Way of Life in the Process (2009)

Want to make a difference? Take a look at the No Impact Project. You can register and try the No Impact Week Challenge on the website and see what you can do to reduce your carbon footprint in the world.

As always, I’m leaving you with a preview of the film.
