The first of eight episodes was aired on CNN on March 6, 2014. Chicagoland is an attempt to capture all the good and not so good aspects of a big city, Chicago. Although Robert Redford gets top billing, Laura Michalchyshyn is also the executive producer. Her aunt Irene Gajecky is a librarian at MVCC and attended the premier here in Chicago. Go to CNN to see the full sixty minutes of the program if you missed it or if you do not have cable; plan to see the other seven episodes also.
