Andy Warhol, Burger King, and the Experimental Films of Jørgen Leth

If you were one of the millions of Super Bowl viewers who thought Burger King’s Andy Warhol Super Bowl commercial was different, then you are not alone.

That four minute and 23 second video was part of a 1982 experimental film called, “66 Scenes from America”. That film was directed by Jørgen Leth.
