Feelin’ Groovy

Question: Where can you attend an awesome concert for only $20?  Answer: right here at Moraine Valley’s beautiful Dorothy Menker Theater.  On May 11, Jim Witter, pianist and entertainer  extraordinaire will once again grace the stage of the Dorothy Menker Theater and transport the audienceback to the 60s, and the timeless hits of Simon and Garfunkel.  Jim’s shows are a wonderful mix of photos, stories, a bit of comedy, and, of course, great music provided by Jim and his band. Some favorites to look forward to include “Mrs. Robinson”, “Feelin’ Groovy” and “Bridge Over Troubled Water”. Jim’s shows go by quickly and leave everyone with nostalgic feelings of days gone by. Maybe you are too young to remember the 60s and wonder what you missed?  Well, her is your chance to get a small taste.  Or, why not surprise mom and grandma with tickets for Mother’s Day and make it a family affair? Tickets for MVCC faculty, staff and students are only $20 and will go quickly.  Jim has been asked to come back to Moraine to perform over and over again for a reason; his shows are pure entertainment.  So, don’t miss out!
